Powers and Abilities: Power Chin's mystic Chin Guard of
Power grants him superhuman powers of many kinds, but his primary
ability is his laser-like focus, and his unstoppable ability to
convince himself he's doing the right thing even in the face of
overwhelming odds and (usually) sanity. Power Chin has been known
to reduce buildings to rubble with his head he becomes that is
the course to take. Often the only thing that will stop him is
playing the Star-Spangled Banner at full volume. Hates the Northern
Magus, by the way. Really, really hates him.
